Temporary Solutions
Onelink’s qualified and experienced temporary staff are available at short notice to backfill rosters. All Onelink’s AIN’s, EN’s, RN’s, Home Care Workers and Disability Support Workers meet the following requirements:

Min Certificate III qualification in their field of work

Evidence of relevant recent experience

Min 2 verbal references from employers (Australian where possible)

Valid and current industry certifications and probity checks (Blue Card, Positive Notice, First Aid, Federal Police Check)

Own transport, with current registration, insurance, and valid Drivers Licence
As the legal employer of our temporary staff, Onelink is responsible for Work Cover, Public Liability and Personal Indemnity insurance, which mitigates the risks to your organisation and can help in reducing your insurance premiums. Our administration fee incorporates the processing of payroll (wages, superannuation, allowances, and applicable payroll tax). All that is left to do is sign the timesheet.
In addition to providing temporary staffing solutions we can also free up your time by managing your existing casual pool of staff.
Permanent Solutions
Onelink can also partner with you to provide permanent staffing solutions, tailored to your needs. This allows you to focus on your core business as opposed to getting bogged down in continuous staff recruitment. We can tailor packages that include targeted advertising, skill matching, reference checking, short listing, training and induction facilitation.

We recognise the importance of matching the right carer to the situation at hand and are committed to working with you and the people you trust (family members and friends) to give you that peace of mind.
Onelink can assist you by providing qualified and experienced agency staff who are available at short notice. All Onelink’s AIN’s, EN’s, RN’s, Home Care Workers and Disability Support Workers meet the following requirements:
